Baek Jang-mi (Son Ye-jin) is the leader of an international gang of pickpockets. Her goal is to expand her territory beyond Seoul. She pretends to be a tattoo artist for cover. After a series of people roll into Osaka, the attention of the authorities in South Korea and Japan is drawn to her.
