Young Americans is a 1967 American documentary film directed by Alexander Grasshoff and chronicling the travel experiences of the Young Americans choir. It was awarded an Academy Award for Best Documentary Feature in 1969, though this was subsequently revoked because the film was released in 1967 and was thus ineligible.

This documentary covers a cross-country tour made by the Young Americans, a group of teenaged singers founded in 1962 by music teacher Milton C. Anderson. During auditions in southern California, Anderson selects 36 youngsters from the hundreds of applicants who have already obtained parental permission to participate should they qualify.
