Final Appointment is a 1954 British comedy thriller film directed by Terence Fisher, and starring John Bentley, Eleanor Summerfield and Hubert Gregg. Final Appointment is a minor film with no great stakes, but it's charming, fast paced, and funny. Rival reporters are in love with each other and competing to solve a mystery involving threats on an aloof lawyer's life. It's a very English movie with pubs, tobacconist shops, and Irish cops.
