Taphephobia plot. Mike Hollister (Desmond Harrington) wakes up in a coffin. He was beaten up and bleeding profusely. He only has his cell phone with him to light the coffin and try to contact emergency services. Meanwhile, he tries to remember the terrible night that led to this dire situation.
