POLTERGAY. Belli, giovani e innamorati, Marc ed Emma sono i nuovo proprietari di una casa disabitata per trent'anni. Ignorano che la cantina un tempo era una discoteca gay. Il 29 aprile 1979 alle due del mattino per un incidente tecnico, la discoteca era stata distrutta.
Si parte con un breve prologo ambientato nel 1979, anno in cui un disco-club gay va a fuoco uccidendo nell'incendio cinque scatenati ballerini e si continua nel 2006, con una coppia che si trasferisce ad abitare nella casa costruita sulle macerie del locale.
