An investigative reporter links the deaths of three people to a high profile corporation, while scientists working on their privately funded research project are forced to look beyond their work and face realitytheir experiments may be the cause of a series of killer earthquakes.
Power Play plot. The United States is hit by an energy crisis. At the same time, devastating earthquakes ravage California. While writing an article on the energy crisis, journalist Matt Nash stumbles upon the mysterious disappearance of three environmental activists seeking to expose environmental violations by an electric utility.
