Writer & director Jose Montesinos has a good idea, but his amateurish cast, especially the impressionable Angelica Briones, who is the epitome of the girl next door, lacks the dramatic chops to carry the film. Recurring shots of her in steaming ocean water with a fin circling her get old fast.
