Blue Flame is a druggy proto Inception, made by a very horny Michael Scott who loved Twin Peaks in 92'. Set in the grungy future streets of 2020 a cop is hunting two aliens (no budget Blade Runner style with a chrome desert eagle) that maybe are just creations in his mind.
