Latife Uşşakî ya da Latife Hanım (d. 17 Haziran 1898, İzmir - ö. 12 Temmuz 1975, İstanbul), Türkiye Cumhuriyeti'nin kurucusu Mustafa Kemal Atatürk'ün ilk ve tek evliliğinde eşiydi. 29 Ocak 1923 ile 5 Ağustos 1925 tarihleri arasında, iki buçuk yıl Atatürk ile evli kalmıştır.
