Ali Kemal Bey (7 September 1869 – 6 November 1922) was a Turkish journalist, writer, poet, and liberal politician. He was Minister of the Interior for some three months in the government of Damat Ferid Pasha , the Grand Vizier of the Ottoman Empire .
