Joyce Rebekah "Joy" Morrissey (née Inboden, 30 January 1981) is an American-born British Conservative politician who has served as the Member of Parliament (MP) for Beaconsfield since 2019. She has been a Lord Commissioner of the Treasury since November 2023.

Morrissey was appointed an Assistant Government Whip in July 2022. She previously served as one of four Parliamentary Private Secretaries to Boris Johnson. Born in 1981, Joy Morrissey grew up in Ohio in America before moving to the UK, and studying at the London School of Economics.
