Ahmet Necdet Sezer (Turkish pronunciation: [ah'med nedʒ'det se'zæɾ]; born 13 September 1942) is a Turkish statesman and judge who served as the tenth president of Turkey from 2000 to 2007. Previously, he was president of the Constitutional Court of Turkey from January 1998 to May 2000.

Ahmet Necdet Sezer (d. 13 Eylül 1941; Afyonkarahisar), Türk hukukçu ve devlet görevlisi. Türkiye'nin 14. Anayasa Mahkemesi başkanı ve 10. cumhurbaşkanıdır. Türkiye Cumhuriyeti tarihinde hem cumhurbaşkanlığı görevini hem de bir yüksek yargı organının başkanlığını yapmış tek kişidir.
A. Necdet Sezer, 1941-2007 yılları arasında Türkiye'nin onuncu cumhurbaşkanıdır. Anayasa Mahkemesi Başkanlığı'nın önceki başkanı olarak 1988'de seçildi ve 2000-2007 yılları arasında Türkiye Büyük Millet Meclisi tarafından cumhurbaşkanı olarak seçildi.
Ahmet Necdet Sezer è nato il 13 settembre 1941 nella provincia di Afyon, nella regione egea dell' Anatolia. Si è laureato al Liceo di Afyon nel 1958 e alla Facoltà di Giurisprudenza dell' Università di Ankara nel 1962. Nello stesso anno ha iniziato come candidato giudice di Ankara.
