Hugh Percy, III duca di Northumberland (20 aprile 1785 – Alnwick, 11 febbraio 1847), è stato un politico inglese
Assunse un ruolo piuttosto importante in politica come seguace di Lord Bute, ed è stato uno dei consiglieri confidenziali di Giorgio III. Ha ricoperto la carica di Lord luogotenente d'Irlanda (1763-1765) e quella di Master of the Horse (1778-1780).
Il titolo fu creato per la terza volta nel 1766 per gli eredi di una famiglia totalmente differente, i precedenti conti di Northumberland, ed è rimasto da allora alla famiglia Percy. L'alloggio dei Duchi di Northumberland e l' Alnwick Castle di Alnwick nel Northumberland; la loro residenza a Londra è Syon House a Brentford .

Percy was the son of Hugh Percy, 2nd Duke of Northumberland and his second wife Frances Julia, née Burrell, whose grandfather was sub‐Governor of the South Sea Company for 20 years. He was elected as Tory MP for Buckingham in August 1806, also for Westminster in the same year.
