Kåre Isaachsen Willoch (Norwegian pronunciation: [ˈkòːrə ˈìːsɑksn̩ ˈvɪ̀lːɔk] ⓘ; 3 October 1928 – 6 December 2021) was a Norwegian politician who served as the 30th prime minister of Norway from 1981 to 1986 and as leader of the Conservative Party from 1970 to 1974.

Kåre Isaachsen Willoch (1928–2021) var en norsk politiker som var Norges statsminister fra 1981 til 1986. Han var Høyres generalsekretær fra 1963 til 1965, leder av Høyre fra 1970 til 1974, handelsminister i 1963 og 1965–1970 og Norges statsminister fra 1981 til 1986.
Kåre Willoch var ein norsk politikar som lenge var Noregs leiande konservative politikar. Han representerte Høgre på Stortinget frå 1957 til 1989. Som Noregs statsminister i fleire regjeringar frå 1981 til 1986 tok han initiativet til ein politikk som på ei rekke område førte til varige forandringar.
