Karel Lodewijk Georgette Emmerence De Gucht (Dutch pronunciation: [ˈkarəl də ˈɣʏxt]; born 27 January 1954) is a Belgian politician who was the European Commissioner for Trade from February 2010 until 31 October 2014.

Karel Lodewijk Georgette Emmerence De Gucht ist ein flämisch-belgischer Jurist und Politiker. Von 2004 bis 2009 war er belgischer Außenminister. Er war von 2010 bis 2014 Kommissar für Handel in der EU-Kommission Barroso II. Am 1. November wurde er von der Schwedin Cecilia Malmström abgelöst, die vorher EU-Innenkommissarin war.
Karel De Gucht werd op 21 december 2007 opnieuw minister van Buitenlandse Zaken in de Regering-Verhofstadt III. Hij behield deze positie toen Yves Leterme op 20 maart 2008 werd beëdigd als nieuwe eerste minister (zie Federale Regering Leterme I ).
