  6. Das Fürstentum Anhalt-Köthen war ein deutsches Territorium. Es bestand von 1252 bis 1847, mit einer Unterbrechung von 1509 bis 1606 (geeintes Fürstentum Anhalt), war ab 1806 Herzogtum und fiel nach Erlöschen der Nebenlinie Anhalt-Köthen-Pleß 1847 an Anhalt-Bernburg.
