  7. 1 ago 2022 · Philipp Friedrich Alexander zu Eulenburg und Hertefeld wurde am 12. Februar 1847 in Königsberg in ein altes ostpreußisches Adelsgeschlecht hineingeboren. Sein Vater war der Berufsoffizier Philipp Konrad Graf zu Eulenburg, seine Mutter Alexandrine war eine geborene Freiin von Rothkirch und Panthen.
