Jean-Yves Le Drian, né le 30 juin 1947 à Lorient ( Morbihan ), est un homme politique français . Membre du Parti socialiste (PS) de 1974 à 2018, il est notamment maire de Lorient de 1981 à 1998, plusieurs fois député entre 1978 et 2007 ou encore président du conseil régional de Bretagne à deux reprises entre 2004 et 2017.
