Edward Zorinsky (November 11, 1928 – March 6, 1987) was an American politician who served as a Democrat in the U.S. Senate from 1976 until his death in 1987. He represented Nebraska and had previously served as mayor of Omaha, elected as a Republican. He was the first Jew elected to statewide office in Nebraska.

Zorinsky was elected mayor of Omaha and served from 1973 until 1977. He was a member of the Nebraska Judicial Qualifications Commission (1968-1971) and the board of directors of the Omaha Public Power District (1969-1973). He was elected as a Democrat to the United States Senate in November 1976 for the six-year term commencing January 3, 1977.
