Jason Ferus Blum (Los Angeles, 20 febbraio 1969) è un produttore cinematografico statunitense. Blum è il fondatore e amministratore delegato della Blumhouse Productions , una compagnia specializzata nella produzione di film horror a basso budget.
Jason Ferus Blum (/ b l ʌ m /; born February 20, 1969) is an American film and television producer. He is founder and CEO of Blumhouse Productions, which produced the horror franchises Paranormal Activity (2007–2021), Insidious (2010–2023), and The Purge (2013–2021), and Halloween (2018-2022).
Blum has produced over 75 films and TV series throughout his career. His credits also include: The Reader, for which Kate Winslet won an Academy Award; Hysterical Blindness, starring Uma Thurman, which aired on HBO and garnered Thurman a Golden Globe Award; and Hamlet starring Ethan Hawke, Bill Murray, Sam Shepard and Kyle MacLachlan.
