Herschel "Harry" Saltzman (/ ˈ s ɔː l t s m ə n /; () October 27, 1915 – () September 28, 1994) was a Canadian theatre and film producer. He is best remembered for co-producing the first nine of the James Bond film series with Albert R. Broccoli.

Herschel Saltzman (October 27, 1915 – September 28, 1994), better known as Harry Saltzman, was a Canadian film producer best known for co-producing the James Bond film series with Albert R. Broccoli until selling his share of the franchise to United Artists in 1975.
