Georg Burkhardt o Burckhardt, meglio noto come Georg Spalatin dal luogo di origine (in italiano Giorgio Spalatino; Spalt, 17 gennaio 1484 – Altenburg, 16 gennaio 1545) è stato un umanista, teologo e riformatore tedesco.
