Gerolama Orsini (anche chiamata Girolama) (Pitigliano, 1504 – Viterbo, luglio 1569) era un membro della famiglia Orsini e fu moglie di Pier Luigi Farnese; fu quindi duchessa di Parma per matrimonio e prima duchessa di Castro
Gerolama Orsini (1504–1569) sometimes Girolama Orsini was the Duchess of Parma as the wife of Pier Luigi Farnese, Duke of Parma. She served as Regent (Governor) of the Duchy of Castro in the name of her son Orazio, Duke of Castro between 1550 and 1553.
Anche nel 1546, quando Alessandro e Ottavio furono inviati presso Carlo V in occasione della guerra contro i protestanti, G. inviò a Cervini varie lettere per avere notizie dei figli, delle intenzioni dell'imperatore sul Ducato di Parma e Piacenza e per ottenere favori.

Figlia del conte Ludovico, del ramo di Pitigliano, che si sposò tre volte (rispettivamente con Giulia Conti, Vittoria Frangipane ed Elisabetta Carafa), lo zio materno era Gian Pietro Carafa, eletto nel 1555 pontefice con il nome di Paolo IV.
