Ben Green is the Waynflete Professor of Pure Mathematics at the University of Oxford and a Fellow of Magdalen College. He works on additive combinatorics, number theory, analysis and other areas of mathematics.

Ben Joseph Green FRS (born 27 February 1977) is a British mathematician, specialising in combinatorics and number theory. He is the Waynflete Professor of Pure Mathematics at the University of Oxford.
I am interested in several areas of pure mathematics. Much of my research lies at the interface of analysis, discrete mathematics and number theory, a particular interest being the application of the first two subjects to the third. I have also worked on topics in group theory and discrete geometry.
