La serie narra le avventure del nuovo team Ben 10 e Rook Blonko, un risolutore affiancato al protagonista come partner da nonno Max per le sue avventure. Si scontreranno con nemici inediti come Khyber il cacciatore o il Dottor Psycho ma non mancheranno vecchie conoscenze come Vilgax o Albedo.
