Gwyneth and Mario cook paella with a Zen Master in the Albufera, the epicenter of rice in Spain. The foursome is reunited over a dinner of unforgettable tapas at local favorite, Casa Montaña. Then, the final leg of the road trip heads to Madrid for a whirlwind tour of the city.
