GOBINEAU, Joseph-Arthur, conte de Fedor Schneider Scrittore, nato il 14 luglio 1816 a Ville d'Avray, morto il 13 ottobre 1882 a Torino.
Diplomatico e scrittore francese (Ville-d'Avray 1816 - Torino 1882). Entrato nella carriera diplomatica nel 1849, fu segretario a Berna (1849-54), poi ministro di Francia in Persia (1855-58), in Grecia (1864-68), in Brasile e in Svezia (1872-77).
