Eunyoung Choi (Korean: 최은영) is a South Korean studio executive, producer, director and animator. She is the President and CEO of Science Saru, a Japanese animation studio which she co-founded with Masaaki Yuasa in 2013, and has served as producer of the company's works.
Eunyoung Choi (coréen : 최은영, japonais : 崔恩映 ou チェ・ウニョン) est une directrice de studio, productrice, réalisatrice et animatrice sud-coréenne active notamment dans l'animation japonaise. Elle est l'actuelle PDG de Science SARU, un studio d'animation japonais qu'elle a cofondé avec Masaaki Yuasa en 2013.
Science Saru was founded on February 4, 2013 by Masaaki Yuasa and Eunyoung Choi. Yuasa and Choi had previously worked together on numerous projects, and Choi had prior experience leading Ankama Japan, a studio which utilized similar digital animation production techniques and employed a multinational staff.

Eun Young Choi was born in Seoul, South Korea and raised in India, Afghanistan, Bahrain, and the United States.
