Karl XII, född 17 juni 1682 på slottet Tre Kronor i Stockholm, död 30 november (11 december enligt n.s.) 1718 i Fredrikshald i Norge, var kung av Sverige från 1697 till sin död, likaså hertig över Pfalz-Zweibrücken mellan 1697 och 1718 under namnet Karl II.
Charles XII, sometimes Carl XII (Swedish: Karl XII) or Carolus Rex (17 June 1682 – 30 November 1718 O.S.), was King of Sweden (including current Finland) from 1697 to 1718. He belonged to the House of Palatinate-Zweibrücken, a branch line of the House of Wittelsbach.
