Norman William “Norrie” Paramor (* 15. Mai 1914 in London; † 9. September 1979 ebenda) war einer der erfolgreichsten britischen Produzenten für Popmusik und hat die Karriere insbesondere von Cliff Richard und den Shadows maßgeblich beeinflusst.
Norrie Paramor won the home-grown talent competition for EMI, scoring the first and the biggest in mid-1958, when he signed Cliff Richard and his backing band the Drifters (later rechristened the Shadows). For EMI this gave them one of the biggest stakes in the world of pop music, particularly for a record label having no presence in that field.
