Peter Gillis (Rijen, 20 maart 1962) is een Nederlands ondernemer en investeerder. Hij was eigenaar van de Oostappen Groep Vakantieparken , een keten van recreatiebedrijven in Nederland en België. Zijn bedrijf leverde hem vanaf 2015 [1] vier jaar op rij een vaste notering op in de Quote 500 , de lijst met rijkste Nederlanders.

Het bedrijf is eigendom van Peter Gillis . Geschiedenis. In 1986 kocht de familie Gillis in Asten het Vakantiepark Strandbad Oostappen; vernoemd naar de nabijgelegen buurtschap Oostappen. Bij de aankoop telde het vakantiepark 300 vaste - en 200 toeristische plaatsen op het 50 hectare grote terrein, waarvan 10 hectare water.
