Rachel Elkind-Tourre (born February 23, 1939) is an American classical musician, record producer and composer. She produced the work of Wendy Carlos, most notably the bestselling 1968 album Switched-On Bach. Elkind grew up in San Francisco. She moved to New York City hoping to be a jazz singer.

Switched-On Bach II is a musical album by Wendy Carlos in 1973 on Columbia Records and produced by Carlos and Rachel Elkind and is a sequel to the 1968 album Switched-On Bach. In February 1974, Billboard reported that the album had sold over 70,000 copies in its first five weeks of release.

When the film version was announced Carlos and producer Rachel Elkind made a demonstration recording for Kubrick, who became interested and invited them to meet him in London.
