History. Unisport was established in 2015 through a merger of Unisport from Sweden and Saltex from Finland. Combining Saltex’ R&D and production capability with Unisport’s market position enabled the company to provide increasingly better products and services to its customers.
The UniSport Nationals is a multi-sport event held annually between the 43 Australian universities and tertiary institutions. Overseen by UniSport, the peak governing body of university sport in Australia, the nationals is the flagship event on the university sporting calendar and attracts over 6,000 student athletes each year.
The 2022 UniSport Nationals, was a national multi-sport event held from 24 September to 30 September 2022 in Perth, Western Australia. More than 5,000 student athletes from 43 Australian universities and tertiary institutions participated at the event.
