To be eligible for a Global Futures Scholarship, you must be living in one of the countries listed below and be self-funded (not sponsored).
24 apr 2024 · In partnership with the British Council and the GREAT Britain Campaign, The University of Manchester is offering five scholarships to students in Bangladesh, Ghana, Greece, Kenya, Mexico and Nigeria, applying for one-year master’s programmes, who will enrol in the 2024/25 academic year.
24 ago 2023 · Support for lower-income students. At Manchester, we have several scholarships and bursaries to help you enter higher education. These include The Manchester Bursary, Foundation Year bursaries and Undergraduate Access Scholarships.
There are 40 scholarships (30 for full-time study and ten for online study) available for a range of courses in engineering, environment, health sciences, development, education, textiles and law. The scheme is open to applicants from Ethiopia, Malawi, Rwanda, Tanzania, Uganda and Zimbabwe.
Set up in 2022, our Humanitarian Scholarship programme supports individuals at immediate risk who have been forced to flee their homes as a direct result of armed conflict. The awards cover tuition fees, living expenses and visas. For 2024 entry, we are offering up to ten scholarships.
