Arthur Morgan è il protagonista e il primo personaggio giocabile di Red Dead Redemption II. Nato nel 1863, di origini Gallesi, si unisce alla banda di Van der Linde a 14 anni e, dopo aver perso i propri genitori, diventa come un figlio per Dutch.
