RGU is a campus university and its single campus in Aberdeen is at Garthdee, in the south-west of the city. The university awards degrees in a wide range of disciplines from BA/BSc to PhD, primarily in professional, technical, health and artistic disciplines and those most applicable to business and industry.
History of Gordon's. Robert Gordon was a merchant from Aberdeen who spent much of his life based in Poland. On retiring to Aberdeen, he decided to leave his considerable fortune to found a ‘Hospital’ for boys’ accommodation and education. The school was built on the site of the old Dominican (Black) Friars building.

About. Robert Gordon’s College is an independent co-educational nursery and day school in the heart of Aberdeen for children aged 3 to 18 years. The College follows the Scottish curriculum and from the earliest age children are used to active interdisciplinary learning in the class, building confidence through participation.
