Karl-Otto Saur ( Düsseldorf, 16 febbraio 1902 – Pullach, 28 luglio 1966) è stato un ingegnere e politico tedesco . Fu segretario di stato nel Ministero del Reich per gli armamenti e la produzione bellica nella Germania nazista e de iure ultimo ministro degli armamenti del Terzo Reich .
Karl-Otto Saur (16 February 1902 – 28 July 1966) was a high ranking official in the Reich Ministry of Armaments and War Production in Nazi Germany and was named as Reichsminister of Munitions in Adolf Hitler’s will.
Speer and Milch played a key role in directing the activities of the agency, however, the day-to-day operations were handled by Chief of Staff Karl Saur, the head of the Technical Office in the Armaments Ministry. The Jägerstab had been given extraordinary powers over labour, production and transportation resources.
