Princess Mauritia Eleonora of Portugal (1609 – 15 June 1674), Dutch: Prinses Mauritia Eleonora van Portugal, was a princess from the House of Aviz. As a close relative of Prince Frederick Henry of Orange, she spent a long time at his court in The Hague. Later in life she married a count from the House of Nassau-Siegen.

Prinses Mauritia Eleonora van Portugal, roepnaam Mauke (gedoopt Delft, 10 mei 1609 – Bergen op Zoom, 15 juni 1674) was een prinses uit het Huis Aviz. Als naaste verwante van prins Frederik Hendrik van Oranje verbleef ze lange tijd aan diens hof in Den Haag.

George Frederick married in The Hague on 4 June 1647 to his second cousin Mauritia Eleonora of Portugal (baptised Delft, 10 May 1609 – Bergen op Zoom, 15 June 1674), the fifth daughter of Prince Manuel of Portugal and Countess Emilia of Nassau, the youngest daughter of Prince William I of Orange and Duchess Anna of Saxony.
Manuel of Portugal (c. 1568–22 June 1638) was the illegitimate son of António, Prior of Crato, pretender to the Portuguese throne during the 1580 Portuguese succession crisis. He secretly married in 1597 Countess Emilia of Nassau, daughter of William the Silent and Anna of Saxony.
