Susan Tedeschi (/ t ə ˈ d ɛ s k i /; born November 9, 1970) is an American singer and guitarist. A multiple Grammy Award nominee, [1] she is a member of the Tedeschi Trucks Band , a conglomeration of her band, her husband Derek Trucks ’ band, and other musicians.
The Tedeschi Trucks Band ( / təˈdɛski /) is an American blues and blues rock group based in Jacksonville, Florida. Formed in 2010, the band is led by married couple Susan Tedeschi and Derek Trucks. Their debut album, Revelator (2011), won the 2012 Grammy Award for Best Blues Album. The band has released five studio and three live albums. History.
