15 apr 2014 · I'm no expert on Isaia suits, but do understand that 'pretty old' when it comes to menswear has a different meaning from when it is used in everyday life. It's not like business attire changes so much from year to year. Many sellers would list a 5-6 year old Brooks Brothers suit as 'recent label' and rightly so.
11 mag 2009 · Very generally: Brioni is Roman = structured (padded) shoulders, clean chest. Think James Bond/ Donald Trump. Isaia/Kiton are Neapolitan (Naples) = soft/unpadded shoulders, some excess fabric in chest, shorter jackets, flared skirts. Kiton typically does wider lapels than Isaia, Isaia does slimmer sleeves than Kiton.
27 lug 2008 · Isaia is below Oxxford quality wise, but the cut is softer at the shoulders, slimmer through the waist with higher and slimmer sleeves, slimmer pants etc. I also believe that Isaia's quality has gone down a smidge in the last year or so. 25 set 2018 · Question for you ISAIA experts. Since I am a very hard to fit guy, I very rarely can buy anything off the rack. Occasionally though, I get lucky and can save a little money when I find something OTR that actually fits vs. having to go MTM. I bought a new ISAIA Domenico 58R in a cashmere navy donegal fabric and it fits wonderfully.
18 lug 2012 · This soft jacket is usually accompanied by a 3 patch pocket. The X Body- Similar to the G body characterized by the single button closure which created a more fitted midsection with in the garment. Some of the Isaia garments on STP are of questionable vintage and cut. They may be mistakes or returns to the factory.

I've never heard of a "Napoli" line (although that doesn't mean it doesn't exist!). This could be confusing to Demeis, since the top Isaia line has a label that has the word "Napoli" on it.
