13 ago 2024 · Just had an email to learn that, apparently, I'm one of Santander's "most valued customers" (presumably because I've currently got 20 quid in my 123 Lite account, and they're very grateful) and so they're "upgrading" me to "Santander Select, our premier banking service".
21 set 2023 · This issue has been resolved by Santander. If you apply for the new fixed rate online/via app (as if for the first time) it gives you the option to upgrade an existing variable or fixed cash ISA (within 28 days of maturity). They will then automatically sweep the money across on the maturity date. Back to Top.
23 set 2024 · I only have experience of transferring a maturing Santander fixed rate ISA away to another provider but as that went smoothly, I wouldn't expect there to be any issues with an internal transfer. It may just take a day or so for the new account to show in online banking.

I don't have any outstanding balance, and I rarely use it. If I were to use it, I would pay off the balance in full.

1 feb 2024 · Santander online banking is down this morning. There have been multiple reports on downdetector.co.uk and on the Santander X site. Santander say they are aware and are working on it but also that the app is working fine. I can concur with that having just logged into the app. MACKEM99 Posts: 960 Forumite.

I received an email from Santander this afternoon to say my annual interest Account Summary (to 5th April 2024) was available to download. The summary was sent to my Santander online mailbox yesterday, 30th May 2024.
26 feb 2021 · On the Santander website you see the current balance, and balance incl. pending. But you don't see the pending transaction. Worse, you don't see it in "View pending payments and transfers". However on the mobile app you do see the transaction. For example. I made a debit card payment yesterday - fairly substantial.
18 mar 2024 · Basically, existing Santander customers have ended up opening another current account and switched their non-santander account to this new account. For most customers the account is opened within minutes and visible in app/internet banking. There is £25 cashback as well if you go through topcashback.
