Well, it has already been revealed. This picture is from an official Doctor Who comic book released in 1980 (The Second Edition of The Making of Doctor Who). It clearly states that the Doctor's real name is d³∑x₂, which should be pronounce "Delta Cubed Sigma X Squared" in english.
