King of Queens (Originaltitel: The King of Queens) ist eine US-amerikanische Sitcom, die von 1998 bis 2007 beim US-amerikanischen Fernsehnetwork CBS lief. Im deutschsprachigen Fernsehen wurde die Serie unter diesem Titel zunächst bei RTL 2 (Staffel 1–5) [1] und dann bei kabel eins (Staffel 6–9) [2] ausgestrahlt.
Der Sender zeigte um 20:15 Uhr eine einstündige, eigens produzierte Sendung "Forever King of Queens" mit durchschnittlich 6,2 % Marktanteil. Danach folgte das Serienfinale von 21:15 Uhr bis 22:15 Uhr mit einem Marktanteil von 8% - das entsprach 2,49 Million Zuschauer und war somit ein königlicher Abschluss.
