Come sempre, l’autore si dimostra impeccabile nel radunare il cast più efficace sulla piazza , ingaggiando attori che ormai fanno parte della sua famiglia artistica: protagonisti sono Jim Broadbent e Ruth Sheen nei panni di una coppia felicemente sposata da più di trent'anni.
