Aiken released A Thousand Different Ways in September 2006 and made his Broadway debut in early 2008, playing the role of Sir Robin in Spamalot. On My Way Here arrived that same year, featuring a track penned by OneRepublic's Ryan Tedder. The greatest addition is his spellbinding rendition of BRIDGE OVER TROUBLED WATERS which before was only available as a single. To have that together with SOLITAIRE, THIS IS THE NIGHT and ON THE WINGS OF LOVE is amazing.

A fifth album, The Very Best of Clay Aiken, was released at the end of March 2009 on Sony's Legacy Recordings Playlist Series. This album was a compilation of songs that had been included on the previous albums released by RCA.
I have this Playlist and it is a terrific compilation of some of Clay Aiken's best recorded songs. I've especially enjoyed "On The Wings of Love" because it's not included on his other CDs so, for me, it was like an undiscovered gem.
