Kojak é uma série de TV norte-americana produzida pela rede de TV CBS, entre 23 de outubro de 1973 e março de 1978, assumindo o horário da série sobre detetives, Cannon (1971-1976), que passou a ser exibida uma hora antes. A série teve 125 episódios, divididos em cinco temporadas. Ela foi estrelada pelo ator Telly Savalas no papel-tíulo.
Kojak, formerly involved with her, turns the investigation over to Crocker (but continues to act behind the scenes). The mob boss suspects the widow and orders a hit; she continues to wield her wiles on all concerned. The murder weapon, with her fingerprints, is still around though, and both Kojak and Crocker are in on the arrest.
Kojak è una serie televisiva statunitense in 118 episodi trasmessi per la prima volta nel corso di 5 stagioni dal 1973 al 1978. La serie fu preceduta da un film TV, trasmesso l'8 marzo 1973: Tenente Kojak il caso Nelson è suo, inserito poi come episodio pilota nella prima stagione.
Kojak is een opvallende verschijning: hij is kaal en heeft regelmatig een lolly in zijn mond. De lolly is een substituut voor de sigaretten, waar Kojak vanaf probeert te komen. Wat echter belangrijker is, is dat Kojak onomkoopbaar is en voor resultaten zorgt. Dat hij daarbij weleens een eigen draai aan de regels geeft, wordt hem vergeven.
