The East India Company College, or East India College, was an educational establishment situated at Hailey, Hertfordshire, nineteen miles north of London, founded in 1806 to train "writers" (administrators) for the East India Company.

  4. In 1942 the school amalgamated with Imperial Service College. It has educated female pupils since 1973 and is now fully co-educational. Incorporated by Royal Charter, it is a Christian foundation, with oversight provided by a governing council who are the charity trustees of the college, appointed by a wider group of governors.

In 1966 the junior school became known simply as Haileybury Junior School and in 1997 amalgamated with Lambrook School in Winkfield, the land being sold for housing development.
