Bess Houdini. Wilhelmina Beatrice „Bess“ Houdini, geborene Wilhelmina Beatrice Rahner, (* 23. Januar 1876 in Brooklyn, New York City; † 11. Februar 1943 in Needles, Kalifornien) war eine US-amerikanische Künstlerin und die Bühnenassistentin ihres Ehemannes Harry Houdini .
Erik diviene un illusionista professionista nel 1891: sceglie il nome d'arte di Harry Houdini, come tributo al mago francese Jean Eugène Robert-Houdin. Due anni più tardi riesce nell'intento di far diventare Harry Houdini il proprio nome legale. Nel 1893 conosce Wilhelmina Beatrice Rahner (in arte Bess), illusionista di cui Houdini si innamora.

Bess Houdini (January 23, 1876 – February 11, 1943), whose real name was Wilhelmina Beatrice Rahner, was the stage assistant and wife of Harry Houdini. Bess was working at Coney Island in a song and dance act called The Floral Sisters when she met Houdini and married him a week later.
