Sally Ann Howes (born 20 July 1930 - died 19 December 2021) was an English actress and singer, who held dual British-American citizenship. Her career on stage, screen and television spanned over six decades. She is best known for the role of Truly Scrumptious in the 1968 musical film, Chitty Chitty Bang Bang.
Howes more recently appeared in "A Little Night Music" (PBS, 1990-91). Howes was married to Richard Adler. Sally Ann Howes died on December 19, 2021 at the age of 91.
