Review by Dave Jackson ★★★ 1. Acolytes is soooo 2008. The frantic editing, the bursts of sound, the desaturated colours, the edgy dialogue, the hair. Though the concept is really fun, the story is a bit of a mess. Still, it's pretty entertaining, especially watching it as an Australian. I loved all the goofy teen interactions.
